The material used for the production of barrels by ET " Boni- Ivanka Bonovska" is oak, type Quercus, wooded in the most ecologically pure regions in Bulgaria.

The production process starts with the choice of suitable material by the company,s owner and cooper Stoyan Bonovski. Later the material is specially processed and dried for a period of 18 to 36 months.

Only after the above -mentioned steps have been followed precisely, the actual production of barrels and casks can start.
